法定通貨と仮想通貨の関係性
仮想通貨を送っただけでは送金と言わずに「送信」だと思う
手元に届いたのはどこでも利用できる法定通貨ではなく仮想通貨だからその仮想通貨を売って利用出来る法定通貨に変えた時点でようやく送金完了だと私は解釈してる
リップルネットとXRPはそこに焦点をあててるんだよね
